Remembering Colin Fry

Colin Fry was a friend of Janet and John, and they will always remember him for being an amazing fellow medium and mentor to them. 

There have been many pioneers in the spiritualist movement and Colin Fry has joined that very prestigious line. Janet and John always stress mediumship isn’t a cure for grief, neither should the development of a medium be considered a quick fix, for development and learning are always ongoing.

Janet and John want to say thank the Reverend Colin Fry for all the love, support and encouragement.

There is more to these two mediums than meets the eye. People often come across various mediums throughout their lives, but Janet and John are acclaimed as deliverers of truth from the spirit world and that their accuracy is absolutely incredible.

What is also very important is the way they connect with the audience/people in private readings. They make people feel comfortable while they're being recipients of a message and after the message is over their minds are at ease. Most individuals come back for another reading once a few months have elapsed and the incredible feeling is still there, i.e. they admire their accuracy and powerful way of relaying messages.

Then word of mouth plays its role and more people come to them in need of comfort and searching for good survival evidence of their loved ones in the spirit world. Janet and John are absolutely brilliant and around them you hear people repeat expressions like "that was spot on", "bang on", among others. Colin Fry proudly says that they're phenomenal and is very impressed about the way they double link (when they work with the same spirit energy) to deliver a message.

In July 2010 as most people know they were awarded a high standard full certificate involving several fields of mediumship at the Ramsbergsgården Spiritual School in Sweden. Colin Fry and Jane Lyzell were two of their mentors and were on the panel that evaluated them in their final exams. Seldom are certificates given due to a demanded high level of accuracy and requirements.

In September the same year, Colin Fry while delivering messages at the Cheltenham Town Hall acknowledged Janet and John as excellent mediums and the fact they had been awarded a full certificate at Ramsbergsgården Spiritual School in Sweden and that there are only seven awarded certificates up to this day and they have one each.

Attending Ramsbergsgarden Spiritual School in Sweden was a blessing for both Janet and John, as they were able to pursue the development of their mediumistic gifts over a period of five years, which lead to them being fully certificated as mediums with Colin Fry and Jane Lyzell as their main mentors and teachers.

Colin Fry, An Amazing Friend, Teacher and Fellow UK Medium

The reverend Colin Fry has helped countless people finding peace and inspiration during the darkest and most challenging times of their lives, whilst he was still in the physical world. 

Janet and John Copestake are very proud of having had Colin as a mentor and friend. They describe Colin as a remarkable human being that did so much for this world, and he deserves to be remembered as an example of determination, courage, resilience and honesty. 

This couple met him in Gloucester after his demonstration at the Leisure Centre in 2005, and this moment changed their lives forever, as Colin invited them both to develop as mediums in his Swedish spiritual school.

Memories of Our Mentor and Tutor – The Reverend Colin Fry

The 25^th of August marks three years since our friend and mentor The Reverend Colin Fry passed to the higher side of life. We first met Colin in 2005 at Gloucester Leisure Centre (GL1) where he was demonstrating his mediumship. 

Colin told us about his spiritualist college in Sweden called (Ramsbergsgården Spiritual School) and invited us over. We fell in love with the place and the country soon after. For the next five years we began working in earnest towards certification of our mediumship together, which we achieved in July 2010 with Colin’s guidance and support.

He helped us both immensely by giving us advice and criticism on how to better develop our gifts. It was an immense pleasure to work alongside him and to spend so much time in his company.

Colin was an amazing teacher and mentor. He spent his free time with us and other college students as he wasn’t the sort of medium to shut himself away. Everyone who was in his presence felt at ease.

We saw first-hand how Colin gave his time to help people. He had an aura about him that exuded compassion, love, understanding and warmth.

When we heard that he was seriously ill we sent him love and we said our prayers that he would get through his illness. Sadly he passed onto the higher side of life, but his legacy lives on through us and everyone he came in contact with.

We will always value his love and support.

Honouring Colin Fry

Janet and John wish to honour Reverend Colin Fry. As many of you are aware Colin passed to the higher side of life on Tuesday 25^th August 2015 with lung cancer. 

Janet and John owe a huge deal of gratitude to Colin and both feel very privileged to have spent so much time in his company, and being very fortunate to have attended many of his séances in Sweden, and of course to receive training and tuition from Colin over a period of five years. 

Colin Fry helped so many people over many years, and he helped to open many doors for others to be able to follow in his footsteps. God bless Colin, you will be sadly missed, but you helped to dispel people’s fears regarding death, and to quote Colin: “Death is the greatest lie”.
