I seek adventure and I still like
a drink (not too much though). Deep inside I feel, that is my little reward for
helping others at the end of the day. I love laughter and anything light-hearted, such as films like trains, planes and automobiles, “See No Evil, Hear
No Evil” (or) even Del Boy in Only Fools
and Horses.
I love laughter, maybe that’s why many people say I don’t look my age. Feeling good is part of my daily routine. I feel when I see people laugh, they always look younger, for it’s a quick way of forgetting life’s struggles. People often asked me what I do experience when I help to heal people.
The answer is simple, I feel upliftment, and gratitude that I was able to be blessed with this wonderful gift, and to be able to do it in the first place. I have never done this for myself, for I know I am only the vessel, the instrument for healing to be able to take place. So here are my tips for a happy life:
- To laugh more and to show off your laughter lines for they are beautiful.
- Feel good by playing and listening to music that will lift you. For myself I like “Don’t worry be happy”, the theme tune from The Mission (or) "I feel good" by James Brown.
- Don’t hold back if you want to dance, just do it.
- To finish off why not take a look at our YouTube Channel, start with my birthday video clip.
To summarize mix more, do what
you want to do. Live life and let yourself be happy.
Remember death is the greatest lie. We all have memories don’t we. Good ones and happy ones. These are the memories we should hold on to.
