We all like to look our best, we try to recapture our youth, and very often we get upset when we notice a grey hair on our head, or a few wrinkles on our face. Rather than get upset with what we perceive to be flaws, isn’t it better to say to yourself when you look in the mirror “I’m looking good and feeling positive today”.
